Admission to Havilah on The Terrace, for either permanent residential care or short-term respite, requires an assessment by the local Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). This assessment helps determine the level of care and support you need and whether residential aged care is the most suitable option, or if home-based services may be more appropriate. Your GP can help arrange a referral to ACAT. Once your assessment is complete, our team will guide you and your family through placement options, availability, and next steps.
