FINAL stages commence at Havilah on Palmerston, Maryborough.

Early in 2014 an additional 14 beautiful retirement homes will be available at Havilah on Palmerston. Each unit with bedroom, en-suite, sitting room and kitchen. The final stage works on Havilah's Palmerston site will see the complete redevelopment of the original Maryborough high school site before works begin on the old tennis court block in Palmerston Street.

Stage four of the development commences with the building of 8 two bedroom units and 6 two bedroom with study. These brand new units are to be available for occupancy by 31st January and 31st March 2014. All retirement units at Palmerston offer generously sized bedrooms, spacious, light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area, one or two bathrooms, laundry, garage and courtyard.

Our new Palmerston Street site offers the glamour of a heritage school building redesigned into a bright community centre surrounded by expanses of grass and bordered by gardens. Architecturally designed modern retirement homes and prestige aged-care apartments in Raglan House surround comfortable enclosed out-door living areas. The community centre facilities include an internet café, recreation and media area, function room, hair and beauty salon and a library.

For retirees and aged-care residents Havilah on Palmerston is just a short stroll away from the Maryborough CBD, medical clinics, clubs, restaurants and cafés and is ideally positioned to enjoy the culture and fine dining of the surrounding wine and goldfields regions. Activities and entertainment ranging from gold prospecting to boating, tennis, bowling, golf, theatre outings in Ballarat or Bendigo, fine dining in Castlemaine or the Pyrenees, touring and tasting in several wine districts and events such as the Avoca races, Castlemaine State Festival or various festivals in the Daylesford and Hepburn region are all within an hour’s drive.

If you are looking for an affordable superior lifestyle as you age, come and talk to us at Havilah.
